How Charming tent Parties Works.

At Charming Tent Parties we want to take the hassle and stress out of planning your next event. Each of our experiences are designed to give you everything you need to create a magical, memorable celebration. All our Charming Tent Parties are designed to take place in the safety and comfort of your own home. If you are planning on hosting a Charming Tent Parties event at a different venue or location, please contact them directly to check their guidelines and policies. If you need any assistance with this we're happy to help out.  

So how does it all work? The following fills you in on when to book your event, how delivery and set up is organized on the day, and our collection process. 

1. Pick Your Date & Pick Your theme.

To start your booking simply choose from our beautiful themes and decide how many tents you will have, most important: advise us of your desired date to check availability!! We find most people like to book 4 weeks before the big day (though you can book several months in advance to ensure your date and theme is available).

Next let us know the special occasion you're celebrating and the theme of your desire, so we can schedule your delivery accordingly.

2. Your charming tent Party Consult.

Once your booking is confirmed we'll follow up with a consult (normally do it by email, but we can phone you if you prefer get it done over the phone) to go over all the details with you, and cover off any special requests you might have. After we gather the required information, we complete & send your contract, once is signed and your deposit is paid you are all set.

In the week leading up to your event, we'll confirm your delivery and set up time (if hired) and go over any final details to ensure things go smoothly for you. If set up was not hired, on this email you will get a picture of the theme you selected to have a general idea of how to arrange your decorative pillows.

3. We Deliver, let you enjoy & pick up.

On the day of your party we’ll bring everything you need, we'll arrive at your home or venue, deliver at the entrance and answer any question you may have.

On average it will take you 90 minutes for an standard set up and style the Charming Tents. We will schedule your delivery at least 2 hours before your event, you have plenty of time to style your tents.

Once you have received the equipment we will confirm the pick up time for the next day (time already agreed on the contract), and then we can leave to let you and your family enjoy your celebration.

4. Enjoy Making Memories.

Our Charming Tents are yours to enjoy for the full overnight rental period. The next day you will easily pack up everything in the bags/boxes we have provided and we will collect everything from you. If you wish to hire for more than one night just make a note in your booking and we can arrange it (additional night rate applies).

Collecting equipment will be from the entrance of your house, unless you have hired set up and disassemble of equipment.

After each event all bedding is laundered using hypoallergenic detergent. Mattresses, decorative pillows and decorative items are disinfected and spot cleaned.
