Charming Tent Parties is taking the sleepovers to the next level. Each kid can have a private tent to sleep in. We have special themes specially designed for kids of all ages.
We take all the stress from you by delivering all the required equipment & decoration to create a beautiful set up for an amazing slumber party, pick up next day is also included, And if you need an extra hand to take care of the set up, styling service is available, this way you can relax and host an unforgettable sleepover for your kids.
What's Included
Every SleepOver comes as a set of 4 Charming Tents including:
4 x Exclusive Hand Crafted Tents
4 x Plush Deluxe Mattress (not airbeds)
4 x Sheets & Ultra Plush Blankets
4 x Breakfast Trays
4 x Lanterns (Battery Operated)
4 x Charming Cushions and Accents
Decorative Garland
Delivery & Pick up within city limits (set up service available upon request at an extra cost )
* Guests bring their own pillow for hygiene reasons.
Pricing
$220 (overnight rental)
*Extra Charming Tent $55 each
**Set up, Styling and disassemble of equipment $ 20 per tent
$50 Deposit required at time of booking. (Deposit held until event date and refunded 24 hrs after equipment is returned in good conditions).
Free delivery in Calgary, additional fees apply to deliveries outside city limits ($1/km to location).
Smaller Party? No problem, rentals for 2 or 3 tents available for $65 each.
